What payment methods do you accept?
We happily accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cash or check payments at this time.
How do your coupon codes work?
Our coupon codes are one-of-a-kind, meaning they are for one-time use only. The details for each unique coupon code will automatically apply (if qualified) to the order once the coupon code is added on the checkout page.
Can coupon codes be combined?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine coupon codes at this time.
Do you offer any special discounts?
Absolutely! All you have to do is sign up for our email list to become a #NeutraBabe and you’ll receive all the exclusive deets including special discounts, first look at product releases, and more!
Order Placement & Shipping
How long does it take to process orders?
Typically, we require 1-2 days to process orders. During the holiday seasons, we require 2-4 days to process orders. Due to quantity and demand, wholesale orders require 10-14 days for processing. Our processing time is not included in the shipping time frame.
What are the shipping options?
We happily offer two shipping options via USPS. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 and should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Priority Mail 2-Day is a flat rate of $9.50 and should be delivered within 1-2 business days. All orders ship out between 8am – 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number in your email once your order ships!
Do you ship internationally?
We do! At this time, we currently only ship to Canada for a flat rate of $13.50 via USPS. International orders should be delivered within 10-14 business days.
Can my order be cancelled once it is placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. All orders and sales are final.
Can my order be redirected to a different address?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed it cannot be redirected.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and sanitary/health safety concerns we do not accept returns and are unable to issue refunds. All orders and sales are final. Please email our customer service at email@example.com if your order arrives damaged or incomplete.
USPS determined that my package was undeliverable. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! If your order was marked undeliverable it will be returned back to us. Once confirmed that it was undeliverable by USPS, we will issue a full refund to the original source of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot reship orders that were returned to us as undeliverable.

When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
All out-of-stock items are restocked every Monday at 10am EST.
